United Therapeutics Lung HL3 Lab building and DLP Labs opened on the Mayo Clinic Campus in 2019 have recently been upgraded with Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure™ Platform and integrated into the legacy JCI system by Facility Automation Solutions (FAS).
These state-of-the-art laboratory spaces require a sophisticated and intelligent building management system in order to optimize energy efficiency, maintain precise environmental conditions, and support critical research operations with reliable functionality.

Baptist Health adds electrical monitoring to dashboard
Vantage Point displays make Building Management System Information more accessible.
The Building Management System at Baptist Medical Center – Clay County touches thousands of data points within the facility. Facility Automation Solutions turned to Vantage Point software to provided graphic views of critical combined with live data values to create easy-to-understand displays. The resulting presentation takes the form a slide show that can be viewed simultaneously from any number of locations using simple web browser clients
NASCAR Studios
Facility Automation Solutions will come alongside NASCAR Studios as the new 58,000 square foot building will open to the public. This is a state-of-the-art productions facility that will help enhance content for the fans. It will provide video production services to help tell the story of racing to fans.

PGA TOUR Studios
PGA has officially opened its cutting-edge PGA TOUR Studios, a state-of-the-art production hub designed to set new standards in film and television creation. To ensure seamless operations and precision control over this high-tech facility, PGA has partnered with Facility Automation Solutions (FAS), a leader in smart building technologies. FAS will integrate advanced automation systems that provide pinpoint control over HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management, creating an environment that is both highly efficient and tailored for optimal production conditions. This 165,000 square foot building provides a space for media production for the golf community. It features many aspects such as 8 production rooms, 8 audio control rooms, and 7 LED- outfitted studios. These features provide a bigger platform to create the content for the golf industry and its fans around the world. The PGA TOUR Studios will allow the future of golf media coverage to be at its best.
UF Health St Johns Durbin Park
UF Health St Johns Durbin Park is in the process of building the new 150 bed hospital that will bring 2,000 new jobs to the area. FAS will be able to bring their experience to help provide the right technology to manage the new building.
